Health & Wellbeing Days

Health and Wellbeing programmes and initiatives are all designed around the major elements of wellbeing.

As a school, we believe that living a balanced and happy life involves in students taking care of their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Over the course of the academic year, the school has devoted curriculum time to educate our Year Seven students on the importance of understanding their emotions by developing techniques that will support them to thrive.

During specially design workshops, students have explored the importance of the right foods and how to incorporate physical movement to achieve optimal health and happiness.

Students have also explored how self-development can enhance their personal growth and happiness.
