Department Information
The Art Department at Rivington and Blackrod High School is very successful, enjoying continued 100% success in all external exams and offering independent and accelerated learning opportunities to all pupils.
This is in addition to a range of extra curricular activities which are offered as enrichment or to enhance and improve course grades, these include Enterprise Art activities at the Technology Innovation Centre to visits to galleries and sculpture parks.
