Celebrating National Governors Awareness Day 2024

Monday, 26th February 2024

National School Governors’ Awareness Day will take place on Thursday, 29th February 2024 with the focus this year being the Governance of Inclusion. The day is dedicated to recognising the hard work, dedication, and impact of school governors across the country.

Sarah Horan, Chair of Trustees says “The Trust has made great progress over recent years, despite the challenging times, with both schools achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating. Alongside the staff and leadership teams, the Local Governors, Trustees and Members have played a key role in driving this change, resulting in better outcomes for our students. On behalf of the Trust, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our Local Governors, Trustees and Members who give up their time to support our schools and recognise the vital role that they play in the education of our students.”
