Light It Up Blue for Autism Awareness Week

To mark National Autism Awareness Week, our school has been lit up blue this week at Rivington and Blackrod High School.
Autism Awareness Week is an important opportunity to raise awareness, celebrate neurodiversity and promote understanding across our school community.
Throughout the week, students and staff have taken time to learn more about autism and reflect on how we can continue to create a more inclusive environment for everyone.
Lighting the school in blue is a simple but meaningful way to bring this together and highlight the importance of inclusion across our school.
