Mental Health Support During Periods of Isolation

 

 

Mental Health Support Bag 

Mental Health Support Bag, an idea which originated from our Student Senate, looks to support our emotionally vulnerable students if they need to isolate from school. Included in the support bag, is a mental health book which encourages students to plan a self-care programme, whilst at the same time reminding students of key staff and available support both in and out of school.

Student Mental Health & Wellbeing Updates

All students across the Key Stages receive regular emails on mental health support, advice, and activities. This direct support helps to encourage personal development in helping to manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Preparing for Returning to School’: Based upon a recent updates from educational psychology team, ‘Mental Health and Wellbeing Preparing for Returning to School’ leaflet is design to help reduce anxiety levels and share ideas of how young people can be supported in managing transition, developing new coping mechanisms and building their levels of resilience in the eventual return to school.
