Year 9 Business Enterprise Students Compete in Creative House Event

On Friday, 7th February 2025, our Year 9 Business Enterprise students took part in an exciting house event where each group was tasked with creating a new book inspired by famous authors such as William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Roald Dahl, Beatrix Potter, Charles Dickens, and more.
Throughout the event, students worked together to discuss and design their characters, and then got creative by producing a range of promotional materials, including a TV advert, bookmark, front cover, t-shirt, and newspaper article. They then delivered a pitch presentation to showcase and promote their new book ideas to the rest of the class.
After a fantastic afternoon of creativity and teamwork, the winning group was awarded achievement points for their house, recognising their innovative thinking and collaboration. The event was a great success and gave our students the opportunity to apply their business and creative skills in a fun and challenging way.
