Year 8 Parents Evening

Our Parents Evening for Year 8 will take place on Thursday 21st November 2024.

The evening will commence at 4pm until 8pm and will be held at the Upper School site in the Sports Hall.  Parking will be available and will be signposted for the evening.

In order to ensure that waiting times are kept to a minimum and to avoid congestion, we ask that parents register to attend the Parents Evening and select an arrival time.  Arrival times are available on a first come first served basis when booking. Please click here to confirm your attendance and to select your arrival time 

On the Evening: 

On arrival, please report to the Sports Hall via the student reception entrance where you will be given a list of staff that teach your child and you will be allocated a desk number.  Please sit at this desk and the members of staff will come to you.

Staff will only be able to spend a maximum of 5 minutes at each table due to the number of parents that they are required to meet.  If there is a need for a longer conversation, then arrangements should be made to email or for a telephone call at a mutually convenient time
